The Grasshopper by Rebecca Scarf (for David 25/11/11)

The grasshopper jumps from leaf to leaf,
on each new one, a new person he meets.
Each new person, gives another view of life,
they always help to give him a second sight.
As he jumps, people come and are passed by,
but he always says a kind word as he flies.
He learns many lessons, and takes people for who they are,
no matter if they come from near or afar.
All this knowledge makes him very wise,
even though he is only tiny in size.
So be like him and broaden your mind,
many wonderful treasures you will find.
Instead of hiding and running for cover,
Trust in the world and love one another.

Troubles by Rebecca Scarf (25/11/11)

Troubles come, then troubles will go,
it's not always wise to have them on show.
Sometimes others will not always be there to help,
they cannot change the emotions you have felt.
Only you are in charge of your feelings,
if you're up on high or on the floor, reeling.
We can help to raise you back up,
but not when you keep the door firmly shut.
So think again when those troubles come,
do not rehash all the things you have done.
For that will have you stuck in one place,
but outside your head, that is never the case.
So just make sure you always know,
that troubles come and troubles go.

Proud by Rebecca Scarf (for Betty 25/11/11)

I'm so proud of you, you've done so well,
it makes me beam and my heart swell.
I'm so glad that you were a part of me,
that I had the chance to watch and see
the wonderful person you have become.
Giving out love and bringing the fun,
it's just how I was, and it's what I gave to you,
to sparkle some glitter in all that you do.
I'm so happy to see you make the most of your time,
helping out others and forever kind.
You always smiled, right from the start,
because you nuture your inner spark.
Your always giving and rarely take,
I'm patting you on the back for doing so great.

Money by Rebecca Scarf (25/11/11)

Money isn't everything, but I know you need more,
for the cupboard is empty with nothing in store.
Life gets harder and you feel dragged down,
while all around you make the same sound.
So try to take comfort, you're all in the same boat,
hold onto each other to stay afloat.
Always remember we will never let you drown,
when you are lost, you will once again be found.
We are trying to help you whenever we can,
we will keep you out of the water, on dry land.
So never fear, it will never be that bad,
so keep smiling even though you are sad.

Clap my hands by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

Well done you, I want to clap my hands,
you have come so far to where you now stand.
You fought a battle and came out the other side,
now there is nothing at all that you hide.
Free as a bird and light as a feather,
the change is more than anyone could have measured.
Now I can be happy that you're happy too,
I can find a peace now because of you.
Now you are safe and I can breathe,
you grew into a beautiful flower from that tiny seed.
So carry on going the way that you are,
You have already come so very far.
You can smile some more, it's really okay!
The love that we had, will never go away.

Dragonfly by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

The dragonfly is magical, and he comes today,
to show you a different perspective and new things to say.
He wants to show you how to amaze,
the key to leaving all around you dazed.
Instead of hiding and running scared,
he brings to you a fire, that he wants to share.
For just like the dragon part of his name,
he wants you to fight and burn away any shame.
He brings to you a big smoldering fire,
so you can fan the flames higher and higher.
When you are ready you will fly away,
leaving words of power in your wake.
So listen to him for he is your friend,
he is coming now to help you to mend.
So take his esssence and use it's power,
so you can at last start to flower.

Perfect as you are by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

Life is so hard, stop making it worse,
listen to all I say in this verse.
You are perfect just as you are,
love is coming to you from here and afar.
You must try to see that you deserve love,
it warms the soul, like a hand in a glove.
You must take care of you on the inside,
and not remember everytime they made you cry.
That is the past and your future is here,
so let that go and hold the positive dear.
There is nothing wrong with you at all,
So look outside and stand tall!
I never believed in life after death,
I never believed there was any point to regrets.
Now I see I was wrong not to see,
this wonderful place that was waiting for me.
So listen when I say, I'm here for you again,
it's time to smile and let me take that pain.

Fantastic light by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

Fantastic light, O wonderful you!
Leaving love in all that you do,
such a wonder that draws people in,
power and energy constantly forming.
When you have been into a new place,
no one there could forget your face,
for a trail of flowers follow where you walk,
and butterflies come out whenever you talk.
Such a wonderful, special and wise old soul,
been here many times and always ready to grow.
Now you come to share your light,
to make others roads pretty and bright.
Natural healer, you make people feel good,
even though you don't always do as you should.
You are only human and sometimes we make mistakes,
but mostly they are already decided by fate.
These silly things don't deserve even this mention,
you do too much good to worry about the odd descretion!
We all have some issues, we all have some strife,
so smile and remember we thank you for your life.

Sea by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

In this sea, we all swim as one,
laughing and playing under the midday sun.
Sometimes we find we have swam too far,
and it feels we are under different stars,
but we are surrounded by one and the same,
not everyone can see this, it's such a shame.
Sometimes we want to return to where we came from,
because we feel we have forgotten that song,
We sing it while you go and explore,
discover answers and push to find out more.
Then when you're ready one day you'll return,
happy that you've gone far, all lessons been learnt.
You never forget but you must move on,
this earthly life does not last that long.

Light by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

I could sing to you a song of love,
If I am the hand, you are the glove.
I want to throw my arms around you tight,
and squeeze, and squeeze with all my might.
I'm obsessed with you and all you think,
I feel a deep connection and such a strong link.
I'm still shy and unsure if you  will walk,
if you mean what you say, or if it's all talk.
Somtimes it's like you really don't care,
you keep things locked up and hardly share
what you feel with me as i'd like.
I want to be the only shining light.

Anger by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

Don't let your anger blow out your spark,
don't let yourself be left in the dark.
You got to let it go and fly into the sky.
Open your arms and let them raise high,
your heart is getting burnt fanning the flames,
you make your own rules inside your own game.
Still you let them pull your strings,
putting a frown where once was a grin.
The thunder comes and the lightning strikes,
putting anything happy far from sight.
You can fix this but you're lost in the mist,
it's so sad because life is a precious gift,
and you're wasting it by always seeing red,
by letting your mouth say all the unkind words you've said.
You hurt yourself and you hurt those all around,
your words leave them and youself feeling so down.
So please remember you can take control of the storm,
so you can complete those lessons you began when you were born.

The Sum of you by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

You miss me so much and that pain holds you back,
you feel something is missing, there is something you lack,
but I never was the sum of you, you are so much more,
you always picked me up when I was on the floor.
I'm trying to do the same thing for you,
to tell you to change, be positive in all you do.
Stop letting my death stop your life dead!
Try now to remember all that i've said.
It's time to move on and let me go,
so that you can carry on and grow,
for my time was up but yours goes on.
You're afraid to lose my memory, you feel that i've gone,
I'm right here with you, you just cant' see,
all you need to do is open your eyes and believe.
So when you're afraid to go out into the sun,
think of me and start having some fun.

The key by Rebecca Scarf (19/11/11)

In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king,
he can see and judge almost anything.
In that land other senses become clearer,
leaving everyone else without so much fear.
You are the king who can see all around,
you can see the smallest shoot of life from the ground.
When they grow tall, you can just look and see,
for inside your heart you hold the key.
You have a gift just trying to get out,
it's just that you need to let go of all your doubts.
I was a teacher in life and I want to teach you now,
I want to show you what you have, I want to show you the ways how
to talk to those who so need to speak,
to those who will sat in the 'hot seat'.
So open your heart and let me inside,
stop running away, stop trying to hide.
For I am coming to nudge your free will,
so we can start running up that hill.
I'll hold your hand and i'm stood here behind,
We will be great, you'll do just fine.

Rainbow Colours by Rebecca Scarf (for Pam 14/11/11)

When you say goodbye, we say hello,
and we help the spirit to be free and grow.
There is a place here for every human being,
they join us here after leaving.
No matter the creed, colour or race,
everyone has their own special place.
So do not despair for the ones you lost,
to lose the physical body is the cost
for all the enlightment that is to come,
to come out of the night and see the sun.
I'm helping you to bring joy to the world,
rainbow colours that help every boy and girl.

Suffocate by Rebecca Scarf (14/11/11)

Stop going round in circles, you're hurting yourself,
you suffocate yourself and tighten your own belt.
Share your problems with the people around,
instead of hurting inside making no sound.
Love yourself just a little bit more,
we can help pick you up from the floor.
You must try to meet us halfway,
by stopping all the negative things you say.
You have love all around, you have friends,
you must let them in, and accept the love they send.
The future is bright and its coming for you,
it's going to catch you no matter what you do.
You can't run back into our past,
because nothing earthly is meant to last.
So stop being silly because you do this,
all those things outside that you miss!
Nothing changes cos you stop life coming in,
you block all of the pleasure life can bring.
I'm telling you this, but i'm not going to beg,
so stop this behaviour and look ahead.

The Tree by Rebecca Scarf (for Joe 14/11/11)

How strong you are, just like the tree,
standing still to take in all that you can see.
The tree lays down some very strong roots,
but can travel when it makes new shoots,
the tree does know when it's time to shift,
to show somewhere else it's gift.
The trunk is firm and unable to bend,
but it is strong and able to mend.
Be careful of that strong cold breeze,
that gets in underneath your leaves.
Even the tree can become restless,
when the leaves fall all around in a mess.
Stripped back and left so bare,
too proud to admit he's running scared.
In this life your lessons helped you grow,
but in the forest no tree stands alone.

Gossip by Rebecca Scarf (for Colin 14/11/11)

Listening to gossip, does you no good,
It stops you living ilfe as you should.
You leave your ears too wide open,
so you hear every word that is spoken,
all those words go round in your head,
over and over, all that has been said.
You let all the negative energy in,
leaving your soul a bit weary and thin.
People will talk, it's how they are,
but you let the words in too deep, too far.
It is your fault that you don't trust your heart,
It is your fault you let them tear you apart.
Close your eyes and shut them out,
just don't listen when they try to shout.
For they will try to take control again,
and you must stop them to save yourself pain.
You know your path and you know we are here,
so what is there left to fear?
Close your ears and get back to you,
we are so proud of all that you do.
So leave the bad and be open only to the kind,
things will happen in there own sweet time.

Lessons by Rebecca Scarf (14/11/11 for Hazel, done on platform)

My earthly life was not as long as yours,
but I did live many lives before.
I've been you sister, your father, your friend and your mother,
your enemy, your lover, your aunt and your brother.
It does not matter whatever we have been,
It only matters the lessons we have seen.
You don't remember them right now,
but you must try too, you must somehow.
It will help you now while in this life,
because you only do anything that you might.
No one can tell you where to go,
all they can do is try to show
you another way but the choice is yours.
You always fight your own cause.
So stubborn and so strong minded,
so forthright in all that you have said.
So keep going my girl, you're doing great,
just don't leave everything up to fate.

Second sight by Rebecca Scarf (14/11/11 Done on platform)

Fill in the blanks, you'll remember me then,
It doesn't matter in regard to the love I send.
I'm with you to bring you pure love,
down beside you or way up above,
many are here to support you, don't cry,
let your troublers just pass you by.
Change has to happen, it's a natural thing,
so embrace it, be happy and let it in.
It's not so scary because I am here,
and I love you so very much my dear.
So lean on me when you feel weak,
I'll give you that strength when you feel meek.
There is no time here, where I stood yesterday, today I still am.
Because I want to help show you that you can.
I'll have to give you some second sight,
take life by the reigns and shine your light.

Watch & Sigh by Rebecca Scarf (14/11/11 Done on Platform)

All too often you don't speak up all those times you should,
I watch and sigh and wish that you would.
You're like a mouse when you should be strong,
too downtrodden for far too long.
I never let anyone tell me what to do,
so why do you let them do that to you?
Take some of my strength and start to stand tall,
I'm right here beside you, I won't let you fall.
Life is for living, learning and having fun,
under the clouds there is always the sun.
So hold you heard up high and grin,
for any knocks in life you have to take on the chin.
I'm sorry to come and be firm and tell you off,
but I hate to see you acting so lost.
I'll help you heal any wounds that are sore,
so buck your ideas up and smile once more.

Diamonds by Rebecca Scarf (11/11/11)

Diamonds, Diamonds up high in the sky,
surrounding your heart when you fly.
You travel there each night in your dreams,
full of the strange and full of the extreme,
they tell a tale if you care to listen,
but it's so hard to see when the diamonds glisten,
you always see what shines foremost,
while the moral follows behind like a ghost.
Open your eyes and see a little more,
we are trying to show you a message that is pure,
but all you see are the shiny gems,
shiny is good but sadly it doesn't mend
your battered soul, that needs some care.
So open yourself up and let us share
some love with you, to make you smile,
do not worry its not for long, just for a little while,
then once again you can be the magpie,
and enjoy the diamonds up in the sky.

Struggle by Rebecca Scarf (11/11/11)

I've not been on Earth for many a year,
so i can look down and see everything so clear,
I'm watching you struggle down inside,
I know all the pain that you hide,
on this Earth you feel so alone,
but all you need to do is pick up the phone,
call those you love and have a moan,
they are there for you, as am I,
I look down on you from on high,
and my heart breaks for how you feel,
pain is part of life, its part of the deal,
but never forget that pleasure is too,
try to laugh even when you feel blue,
'cos there are things to smile about,
even when you want to scream and shout,
I'm holding your hand and i'm by your side,
so let me help you heal on the inside.

Fuel by Rebecca Scarf (11/11/11 for Izzy)

Wanting time to fuel my thoughts,
to do all those things I'm told I ought.
Everyone thinks that they know best,
that I can't be trusted, I can't be left
to decide for myself my own fate,
independance is coming far to late.
So leave me alone to do what I will,
so I can sit and think, just sit still.
Sometimes I wonder who you think you are,
to stand on me and push me down so far.
I am old enough to decide for myself,
old enough to know how I have felt,
still you treat me like no more than a child,
you boss me around while staying mild,
so I can't get angry and tell you to leave me alone,
I just stay quiet and keep my feelings unshown.
Let me live, just let me be,
now is the time to unfurl my wings and be free.

Lessons by Rebecca Scarf (29th Oct. 2011)

I've been thinking about all those times when the hurt became too great,

when I ran away into my head, into my world, just to make myself feel safe.

Some how I have to face this demon, somehow I have to win against my foes,

rise up to the heavens and chant my name, while I see them faltering below.

This wall around me, has been painfully built for many many years,

each new brick woefully triggered by each newly discovered fear.

Inside the wall, time has stopped and light cannot be found,

only one voice can be heard, the voice of fear is the only sound.

It grows and it gnaws, it fights and it rips my heart into shreds,

throwing up every bad thing, all the bad words that have been said.

Once again i'm under full attack, the nightmares become me and I am back there,

the times I felt most alone, the times I needed someone to care.

In that baron wasteland, there is no comfort, only the knives that dig in my skin,

cutting me, slashing me and bleeding me out, to rid me of all my sin.

The memories that have been on repeat, are set to start the loop once more,

reminding me again of everything that scared me all those times before

when I played with the fire, thinking I could win while my skin burned,

I have to take control, I must live forever 'till these lessons have been learned.

Trick or treat by Rebecca Scarf (For Cheryl, 21st Oct.2011)

Trick or treat, the joke is on you,
the fact that you hurt is seen by so few,
your heart is breaking right down the middle,
and a man is playing a sad song on his fiddle,
for that is how you feel right now.
You really shouldn't, you shouldn't allow
all your sadness to weigh you down,
forcing you to show others the tears of a clown.
For they don't see how deep you run,
all they see is the side that is fun,
it's not their fault they don't see your pain,
because you hide it away, again and again.
Please accept help from those around,
from us above and those on the ground,
for you have friends who want to help you,
but they don't realise they need a cue
from you to them, so they know how you feel,
they can put their arms around you and deal
with your problems, just open up and let them in,
so the healing can finally begin.

Universe by Rebecca Scarf (21st Oct. 2011)

The universe is so vast, that it makes you feel small,
but you radiate so much, please don't feel that at all.
For you are the light and you pull those in need
to you to help them, nurture them and plant the seed
that although life is transient, other things await after we are done.
You can do this because you know the warmth of the sun,
you are enlightend and worked hard to be that way,
you became spiritual and it was like starting a new day,
so look to the stars when you feel you are lost,
they will recharge you and melt that frost,
that sometimes arises inside your heart,
and makes you feel alone and sensitive to remarks.
You have more strength than you will ever know,
those times that you need it, it will show
yourself and others, that inside you are like a lion,
not just a convenient shoulder to cry on.
So remember to spread smiles and laugh,
and continue down your own path.

Missed Chances by Rebecca Scarf (21st Oct. 2011)

I wish I could change my life and tomorrow be someone else,
if only I could feel differently to how I have felt,
but deep inside me, a tumour has taken hold,
It's changed who I am, makes me shy when I want to be bold,
It drags me down when I want to shine,
all those missed chances, when the spotlight could have been mine,
but I fuel it with all my negative thoughts,
I am the spider and my own web has me caught,
I thrash from side to side trying to break free,
to burst out from this shell that isn't me.
I just can't do it yet, I lack the strength,
but one day I will, I'm sure it's meant.
So help me I beg with my mouth tightly shut,
bring me something special, bring me some luck,
I trust you in my heart, I just can't say it yet,
but you already know, on that I will bet.
So bring me your love and hope for the best,
for hope is really all we have left.

Leave something behind by Rebecca Scarf (14th Oct. 2011)

The sun has set and it's over now,
so grab your hat and take a bow.
The mist is swirling around your feet,
so leave your loved ones something to keep,
for although you will never really leave,
they will only feel you like a cool breeze,
and they will believe you have gone away,
some of them will not know you are ok,
because they refuse to believe in the eternal,
they have no faith yet in the external.
It will come but it all takes time,
you need some dark to see the light that shines,
so until then, leave them something of yours,
it will help to ease their soul when it's sore.
So take my hand and come with me,
I have many wonders for you to see.

Lighthouse by Rebecca Scarf (7th October 2011)

A lighthouse helps the boats out at sea,
a guiding light is what you can be,
family and friends always look to you,
to see if you can help, to see what you can do.
Like the lighthouse you shine alone,
it's how you are, it's how you've grown.
You can protect yourself, because you see so far,
looking down on life like a shining star.
From your tiny island you can see the water,
but safe in your cast you give it no quarter,
it beats against your cliffs but still you stand,
for no water could ever knock down dry land.
So stand tall and help those all around,
they are on the water looking for your safe ground.

Island by Rebecca Scarf (7th October 2011)

No man is an island, or so they say,
but each man is alone at the end of the day.
So reach out to those you love while you can,
lean on them when you are unable to stand.
Stay true to yourself and never forget;
who you are inside and never regret;
anything you did in your past,
because those memories are not meant to last,
they were just experiences that you had to learn,
it was just your time, it was just your turn.
You need to let it go to move your life on,
to get to a different place to where you are from,
the world will keep spinning whether you like it or not,
the sun will rise when you remove that block,
but it's in your hands and you know that to be true,
of joys in life you let yourself have too few,
so to help your life and for your own sake,
let all that go and give yourself a break.

Foot of the moutain by Rebecca Scarf (for cindy Sept 2011)

At the foot of the mountain, you must begin your climb,

but do not fret, all journeys have a starting time.

Remember going forward is better than standing still,

even when you feel its too much and have had your fill,

I am here to help you with your ascension,

but you must listen to me and pay attention,

all is not lost, that is never the case,

so do not worry, everything is safe.

I have come now to guide you through the woods,

to remind you to delight in life as you should,

for even deep in the forest there are many wonderful sights,

things of beauty that surround you with a powerful white light,

so you can see clearer the path put before you,

and can take stock of all those things that you need to do.

For while they are many and you worry what else lurks,

always remember that many hands make light work.

No title by Rebecca Scarf (2nd October 2011)

I think I might know what makes you run and hide,

from all that darkness you carry inside,

it eats at me, almost as much as it eats at you,

but there is nothing that I can do.

You don't let me help, you don't let me try,

you smile at me and I know it's nothing but a lie.

Still i return your smile and we pretend again,

for who do we turn to and who do we blame?

Things are done, they are done now,

that boat has already pulled up it's anchor and set sail,

so now we just make the best of it,

we look again and again for a quick fix,

which we know we will never ever be able to find,

so I just try to show you that life can also be kind.

I try to accept when you cannot see this,

because life isn't always going to be bliss,

we both know we haven't crossed any lines,

and that's how we get through this time after time.

Hold up by Rebecca Scarf (2nd October 2011)

I can feel my heart when it is about to burst,

I can feel when i'm going to die first.

I don't know if I am really aware,

that sometimes things are just not fair.

Put my head back in the sand and hide,

so I can't see as things start to slide.

Sometimes falling into that black hole,

is a benefit to my crushed and broken soul.

If I am alone, I cannot blame anyone else,

I took my head away, back into myself,

to a place the world cannot penetrate,

and left all those around me to frustrate,

and curse and worry over my actions,

leaving things broken and in fractions.

Mostly they say my problems are pathetic,

that it only troubles me, because I let it,

but who are they to watch and judge?

they only see the straight line and not the smudge,

no one will understand my crooked smile,

so just hold up, just hold up for a little while.

Powerful Core by Rebecca Scarf (for katy 23rd Sept 2011)

(Message from an egyptian guide drawn by Cheryl Wilkinson)

Imagine yourself lying on a long thin boat,
let your worries drift away, you can cope.
When life hands you troubles, it's a lesson to learn,
for your own good, even though it feels stern.
You are strong, like an age old tree,
a powerful core, seldom seen.
We know it's there, deep down inside,
let it out, don't be shy.
In the thick of the fog, a light will appear,
to guide your way and help you see clear.
Life will sometimes give you a different path,
to brighten your world and make sure you laugh.
So sometimes we have to begin again,
to leave behind any lingering pain.
So look to the future and smile once more,
for al the better things in store,
they are coming your way, so lift your head up,
and wait for all your new good luck.

Tiger by Rebecca Scarf (for Charlotte 23rd Sept 2011)

(Message from an Indian lady guide drawn by Cheryl Wilkinson)

Walk through the jungle with head held high,
climb to the top of the trees and look up to the sky,
for you are wise and can see all around,
hear even the smallest, hidden sound.
Built with knowledge, so you know who you can trust,
listening to you inner self is a must.
You have been here many times before,
yet still you haven't remembered all that you saw.
You can trust yourself, don't be afraid,
always stay strong beside the choices you made,
for they were right at the time,
and made you work hard and climb;
any mountains that are put in your way,
and made your voice strong, to communicate what you say.
So remember you are a tiger and stay strong,
for the path ahead is winding and long,
but it will be happy and filled with love,
from your friends on earth and us above.

Star by Rebecca Scarf (for Emmeline 23rd Sept 2011)

(Message from a nun guide drawn by Cheryl Wilkinson)

Little Star that shines high and so bright,
sending out help to those with a white light,
travelling through the sky at such a rate,
every step along the way given to you by fate.
Stay strong you will burn for years to come,
your star will burn brighter than the sun.
Never worry where you are going,
the water will keep on flowing;
ever forward, giving life as it goes,
reaching out to those loved most.
Let the water carry your troubles away,
to a new place and a new day.
Tomorrow you can wake up fresh,
see above the clutter and the mess,
look past any troubles, any bad times and strife,
I will always was and always will be here to help you in life.

The Pact by Rebecca Scarf (4th September 2011, done on platform)

Every night i'm in your dreams,
surrounding you with yellow and green.
I bring to you a message of trust,
so belief in spirit is a must.
Everyone has free will, of course,
but never forget you come from the source.
So once you become aware of that fact,
It opens up an age old pact,
that you subscribed to before you came,
for every earthly soul, it is the same,
to spread the word to those who forgot,
if you give a little, you will gain alot.
I am here to push you along,
to bring to life the words of those who've gone.
So remember the pact, deep down in your heart,
take a deep breath and lets make a start.

Light by Rebecca Scarf (4th September 2011, done on platform)

(Message from an angel guide)

Light of my life, do not be afraid,
your gift shines so bright to all around.
Confidence will one day come,
but you must work with me my love,
I will help you if you just trust in me,
your work on earth has just begun.
Look to our future, leave the past behind,
together we can cross that bridge,
to fly you on wings to success.

Clown by Rebecca Scarf (4th September 2011, done on platform)

Tears of a clown are seldom seen,
hiding behind what you could have been.
I'm here to help 'cos life goes on,
let me show you a brand new song,
sometimes it's ok to fall flat on your face,
every now and then, we all fall from grace.
so pick yourself up and dust yourself off,
with me by your side, you will never be lost.
For I have travelled and seen many sights,
I can lift you to brand new heights,
so stand next to me for a little while,
and I am sure to make you crack a smile!

Beautiful Soul by Rebecca Scarf (4th September 2011, done on platform)

Time is a precious gift, one you freely give away,
never thinking of yourself, or the price you pay.
Your soul is so beautiful, that everyone can see,
anything you have you would give away free.
Do not forget to let some love back to you,
accept help for some of the things you do.
Not many like you walk the earth,
so kind, helpful and filling others with mirth!
One of a kind in a modest shell,
it shines so bright, all can tell;
that you are beautiful, inside and out,
even though sometimes you doubt!
Never do that my lovely girl,
for there are not enough people like you in this world.

Clouds by Rebecca Scarf (4th September 2011, done on platform)

Sing a song of unconditional love,
sing it now for power from me,
we played together some time ago,
I made you laugh and you held my hand,
I held yours back and clasped it tight,
I never let go, not even now,
I stroke your fingers from time to time,
to you it must feel like  a light soft breeze.
Please try to feel me in your heart,
the colour blue is sent from me,
a rainbow of blues protect you now,
sent from me on clouds of love,
I loved you then, I love you still,
so hold my hand once more,
and share our love.

Silent Calm by Rebecca Scarf (4th September 2011, done on platform)

The water rages on the surface,
but down below there is a silent calm,
truth and trust works together as one,
bringing inner calm to your shores.
Don't be afraid to show how strong you are,
Never be scared to raise you heart up,
flow like the water to a new place,
and pick up your feet and dance again.
For as the sun sets on a turbulent sea,
it will rise again for a new day.
You hold the key inside your tiny hands,
such strength from inside your soul,
clench your fists and fight to the surface,
the new day waits for you.

I couldn't love you more by Rebecca Scarf (2nd of September 2011)

No matter what you have done,
I couldn't love you more.
You could hand me all the stars,
I couldn't love you more.
You could wrangle the moon into my heart,
I couldn't love you more.
Even if you had given me the sun,
I couldn't love you more.
If you had named the universe after me,
I couldn't love you more.
For I already love you as much as I can,
I already love you to heaven and back,
I just love you.

Touch the Sun by Rebecca Scarf (2nd September 2011)

When you are troubled, and you cannot see clear,
when you are frightend and feel that fear;
begin to rise, to take you over and drag you down,
Silently it kidnaps you without a sound,
and you're the victim stuck on sinking sand,
and the boat sinks with no sight of land,
deep down there, inside your despair,
far far down in the spider's lair,
there is a shelter, your own power cave,
find it's fire for it can save,
in these dark times, hold your own hand,
find those two legs and begin to stand,
touch the sun with your fingertips,
send kisses on rainbows from your own soft lips.

Desert by Rebecca Scarf. (28th August 2011)

When you're alone and crossing the desert,
remember to watch for shifting sands.
Let your heart use your head,
so you can see the way ahead.
When you're alone and night has fallen,
stay safe and warm from those outside.
Don't be fooled by mirages in the sun,
always see with both your eyes,
and only then open your heart.

Innocent by Rebecca Scarf. (28th August 2011)

Pure and innocent soul, speaking with a truth so rare,
sending hugs on stars to those who care.
Spread your wings and fly unchained,
behind you only rainbows remain.
Love is spread by you to others,
all races, all colours, your sisters, your brothers.
Hug them all and never stop,
for you are the shepherd of your flock.
Open your arms, laugh and smile,
dream your dreams and let them run wild.

Snake Charmer by Rebecca Scarf. (28th August 2011)

Snake Charmer, be bold,
play your music for all to hear.
Enchanting and playful, never grow up,
never become that which you arn't.
Charm them, but love them,
hold them in your grasp,
for the power is yours, just yours.
Be wise with this gift,
always stay true to what is inside.
when the time comes, shed old skin,
it's never to late to start again.

Sunshine by Rebecca Scarf. (28th August 2011)

You are sunshine, that fills me with light,
such a beautiful soul, such a wonderful sight.
You light up my soul, like the sun in the sky,
to fly to you, I must fly so very high,
I would do that, I would do it all,
I always trusted you, you won't let me fall.
So stay by my side, and hold my hand,
with you next to me, I know I can
face the world and all my troubles,
when it's you and I, inside our bubble.

Only sometimes by Rebecca Scarf (18th August 2011)

I wish that you still loved me,

I wished you did, I wish you would

I wish that I still loved you,

I wished for us, to the stars above.

You couldn't have meant it,

You couldn't of listened to my tears.

You couldn't have stopped me leaving,

you couldn't of won that way.

I could of given you everything,

I could have, if I'd tried.

I could of treated you better,

I could have, but I was a child.

You hoped for me to thaw, I know

you hoped for me to break.

You hoped for me to cry, my love,

You hoped for me to beg.

It doesn't mean I didn't love you,

It doesn't mean you think of me,

It doesn't mean we'd speak,

it doesn't mean anything, not anymore.

Only sometimes, in my head;

Only sometimes, in my memories;

Only sometimes, in my heart;

Only sometimes, do I think of you.

The Star by Rebecca Scarf (14th August 2011)

The star is alive, like a fire in the sky,
burning with the desire of a thousand wishes.
Lovers sigh, waiting on that call.
Mothers beg, to protect their child.
Fathers hope, to pay the bills.
Children wish, for that new toy.
The star still shines and burns up there,
giving hope and life to all those dreams.
Night after night he shines so strong,
a beacon for the lost and the lonely,
comforting them when all else is cold.
Aged light so old and wise,
like a crack in the sky;
for heaven to shine straight through,
to cover us in a glow of love,
soft and gentle around our hearts.
So send a wish to those you love,
carried forward by the star,
the messenger, comforter and keeper of dreams.

Like a Bird by Rebecca Scarf (12th August 2011)

When the winter comes, birds fly to the sun,
cold wind nipping at their wings.
Against the odds they make their own destiny.
Learn this lesson to make you strong,
when trouble comes you can be like bird,
you can take off and it will never catch you.
Take yourself to sunnier places, away from that
which holds you down and makes you grounded.
Spread your wings and take off to ths sky,
play in the sun and swerve on the wind,
and leave any hardships below, and fly far away.

Wage a war by Rebecca Scarf (12th August 2011)

Sadness and turmoil thunders around your heart,
you must overcome, you must overcome.
It's deep within you to wage a war,
bring it to the surface, bring it forth.
Don't lock it down to the bottom of the sea,
for you can never sail over a whirlpool,
down you will fall to your hidden agony,
while it holds your feet as you try to swim,
You must overcome, you must overcome.
The light within is a flickering flame,
kept aglow by your own power,
wage the war and let us help you,
only trust is all we ask and need,
we will give you it all, the whole world
and all that we can, at your chosen feet.
All you need to do is trust us now,
let love wash over you, through you and around you,
like a wind swirling and changing direction
pushing you forward, on the right path.
Wage the war, you must overcome,
You must overcome.

Little wolf by Rebecca Scarf (5th August 2011)

O little wolf, so scared and alone,
keeping things inside, not letting them be shown.
Sharpen your senses so you can see clear,
be brave against those things that you fear.
Stay in the shadows, until you are ready to pounce,
keep unseen untill you are ready to announce;
That you are stronger than they thought,
you have already won so many of the battles you fought.
Master of the hunt, acquiring what you need,
never give in to them and never conceede.
Pack leader be strong, you lead the way,
once you speak, they will listen to all that you say,
they will cower once you begin to howl,
be brave, there is no way you can fail.
O little wolf, time to run free,
open those eyes and see all you can see.
You own the forests and great wide plains,
stretch your legs, run free and never refrain.

Little flower by Rebecca Scarf (04/08/11)

Why so sad, little tiny flower?

You have time yet to bloom,

the sun has not risen in the sky,

to bring warmth to your cold bones.

Only the rain is falling down

the little droplets of tears,

nourish your soul and help you to flourish.

The cold wind that blows against you,

helps you to stand strong,

when the world wants you to fall down.

Fall down you will, unless you fight,

wage war on the wind and the rain,

survive to see the sun.

You will be pushed, pulled and dumped upon,

but little flower, keep struggling for the light.

It is not meant to be easy,

what is ever easy?

The light that is just beyond reach,

will save you.
