but down below there is a silent calm,
truth and trust works together as one,
bringing inner calm to your shores.

Never be scared to raise you heart up,
flow like the water to a new place,
and pick up your feet and dance again.
For as the sun sets on a turbulent sea,
it will rise again for a new day.
You hold the key inside your tiny hands,
such strength from inside your soul,
clench your fists and fight to the surface,
the new day waits for you.

when you are frightend and feel that fear;
begin to rise, to take you over and drag you down,
Silently it kidnaps you without a sound,
and you're the victim stuck on sinking sand,
and the boat sinks with no sight of land,
deep down there, inside your despair,
far far down in the spider's lair,
there is a shelter, your own power cave,
find it's fire for it can save,
in these dark times, hold your own hand,
find those two legs and begin to stand,
touch the sun with your fingertips,
send kisses on rainbows from your own soft lips.
