Imagine you are on a beach,
lying down on warm sand,
the sand runs through your fingers,
while the sun shines down brightly above,
you can feel the warmth of the sun on your body.
The seagulls fly over head,
crying out as they pass over you,
while the sea laps against the sand.
The noise of the waves calm your soul
while the water gently rolls against your feet,
let the worries of the day be taken away with the tide,
while only relaxation is brought in with the waves that touch your feet,
slowly it carries on up through your body,
allowing you to forget your problems and gently let go.
Stay on the beach and drift away...
